 Camp Description:
Reclaimed as a holiday spot, this was once the village school. The grounds are level and bordered by mature trees, so it is easy to find a shady spot. There are ample tent sites, 29 with power, most of these with taps and sumps. The modern kitchen has a microwave, gas burners, a fridge/freezer and kitchen tables. A large lounge area has plenty of books. The ablutions are tidy and clean with vanity basins and temperature-controlled showers. The laundry has an automatic washer and dryer. In the large grounds are a tennis court and a fenced swimming pool. This is a fun camp for the children with a great playground and a special ‘Fun Day on New Years Eve’ followed by a BBQ. The friendly owners are Nicole & Howie Mason. Tent sites are $12.50 per person, or with power, $13.50 per person. |
