 Camp Description:
An easy-to-find camp on the northern edge of Napier. Set in an immaculate and mature gardens, the recent addition of a large, grassed recreational area at the rear of the camp behind the tent terraces is a real asset (think flying fox, trampoline, BBQ and plenty of room for cricket). The camp comprises 70 sites (46 with power) and some all-weather van sites. Children have an enclosed, central play area and there is a pleasant covered dining area set aside for BBQs and socialising. There is a corridor-type kitchen with dining and TV at one end, plus a good selection of kitchen equipment. Two ablution blocks with metered showers have had a spruce-up (plus there is a children’s bath). An automatic laundry is available, as is bike hire and wireless internet. The tavern across the road or adjacent take-away are handy alternatives when it’s your night to cook! Your hosts are Dennis and Brenda. All sites are from $30 for two adults.
